Substantial Lithium Find on the Border of SNET Lac Fire Claim

SAN DIEGO, CA–(Marketwired – Oct 11, 2016) – Recent work on claims adjoining the west boundary of the SourcingLink.net, Inc. (OTC PINK: SNET) claims by Critical Elements Corp has identified a 700-meter-long, lithium-bearing pegmatite that has been traced virtually to the SNET claim boundary. See Critical Elements press release dated August 8, 2016, “Discovery of a pegmatite traced over more than 700 metres on surface returns up to 3.04% Li2O and 248 PPM Ta2O5 from six grab samples1 averaging 1.61% Li2O and 142 PPM Ta2O5 at helico-south, rose lithium-tantalum project.”

Plans are to visit the Lac Fire claims and identify locations of past work on the property. Results of this past work have been detailed in past SNET News Releases on August 2, 4, 19, 25 and September 2. Samples will be taken on reported mineralized occurrences and old drill holes will be located. Sampling will be done with the aid of an XRF instrument that will give an instant reading of indicator elements for lithium such as rubidium, tantalum and gallium. An attempt will be made to locate and resample the old drill core which was likely stored on the property.

The Critical Elements press release states, “A quick visit to two showings located south of the Helico showing (Helico Sud) and south of the Lac Eli-Ouest showing (Lac Eli-Sud) identified high-grade zones within the Helico Sud pegmatite. A total of nine chip samples were collected on the showings in areas of outcropping spodumene pegmatites. The results confirm high levels of lithium, up to 3.04% Li2O and 248 ppm Ta2O5, at Helico Sud. The location of the Helico Sud showing is shown on the map below.”

“This recent development in the area once again proves that the Lac Fire property has an excellent chance of hosting significant lithium-tantalum mineralization.” — Wayne Holmstead, geologist

SNET Lithium/Tantalum Projects Located on Lac Fire, Quebec

PR Newswire

SAN DIEGO, August 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ —

SourcingLink.net Inc. (OTC Pink:SNET) is pleased to announce that on our Lac Fire property we have a significant indication of Lithium. According to the USGS metal reports, Lithium ore grades vary from >1% in pegmatites to between 0.05% and 0.75% in brines. Lithium is used principally in ceramics and glass; electrical and electronic equipments such as batteries; lubricating greases; inorganic salts for pyrotechnics, hygroscopic uses, dessicants and ropellents/fuels); air treatment and purifications; optics in mobile phones as resonant crystals; coolants in nuclear reactors; primary aluminum production; continuous casting; rubber and thermoplastics; and pharmaceuticals.

SNET is also pleased  to announce the significant indications of Tantalum ore grades range from 200 g/t to 300 g/t on the Lac Fire property. Tantalum is more cost effective to extract. Processing is considerably minimal in comparison to most other metals. Tantalum is used for the production of electronic components such as capacitors and resistors in mobile phones, PC’s and automotive electronics; alloys that have high melting points, are strong and have good ductility; chemical reaction vessels and pipes such as coils; ultra high frequency electron tubes for radio transmitters; high refractive index glasses for camera lenses; vacuum furnace parts; shaped charge and explosively formed penetrator liners; watches; and orthopedic implant materials.

“Further exploration is on target for this September on the Lac Fire properties. Lithium and Tantalum is our company’s focus for this area.” Anne Carioti, CEO

SNET Announces Start of Surface Exploration Program on Lac Fire Lithium Property

SAN DIEGO, August 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ —

SourcingLink.net Inc. (OTC Pink:SNET) SNET is pleased to announce the beginning of a surface exploration program in September on the Lac Fire lithium property located in James Bay Quebec. The Lac fire property is located adjacent to Critical Elements’ Rose Tantalum-Lithium Property, which has a 43-101 compliant resource (26.5 Mt+ at 1.30% Li2O eq. indicated and 10.7 Mt+ at 1.14% Li2O eq. The Lac Fire property is surrounded on three sides by claims held by Critical Elements and is completely surrounded by additional staking by third parties.

From 2010 to 2011 the property was worked by the previous claim holders. At this time, the Lamothe lithium showing was discovered. The Lamothe showing consists of several NW-SE trending surface occurrences of spodumene-bearing granitic intrusives or pegmatites that were uncovered within a 300 metres by 200 metres area. The main spodumene bearing intrusive is at least 10 meters wide at surface and has been uncovered over 25 meters length. The other intrusives run parallel and they all tend to be sub-horizontal. There was also a significant spodumene bearing angular boulder field associated with the discovery trending further to the south possibly indicating additional spodumene-bearing intrusives. The average grade of the 19 grab samples from the Lamothe Showing was 1.06% Li2O, 1,441 g/t Rubidium, 75 g/t Tantalum and 72 g/t Gallium.

A total of 9 diamond drill holes were drilled to intersect a 300 meter segment of the Lamothe Showing. It was found to consist of a series of metric-wide pegmatite dykes located within a transition corridor between a syenite-pyroxenite intrusive body to the north and a mixed unit of granitic gneisses, granites and amphibolites to the south. The zone extends in NW-SE direction for 300 meters surface length and 50 meters surface width, to a drilled depth of 50 meters, and remains open in all directions. The estimated spodumene content of the pegmatites of the Lamothe Showing ranges from 3 to 10%.  Significant drill intersections included:

1.22% Li2O and 134.8 g/t Ta2O5 over 3.11 meters

1.19% Li2O and 97.2 g/t Ta2O5 over 2.03 meters

Critical Elements claims immediately to the west of the Lac Fire property contain the following showings:

Helico South Showing (surface channel sample yielded 0.44% Li2O, 3,565 g/t Rubidium, 187 g/t Gallium and 196 g/t Tantalum over 116 meters) some 500 meters to the northwest.

SourcingLink.net’s Geologist Provides an Information Update on the Lac Fire Lithium Property

PR Newswire

SAN DIEGO, June 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ —

SourcingLink.net Inc. (OTC Pink: SNET) The Lac Fire Lithium property encompasses 6.4km2.  During 2011 the previous claim holders completed a total of 20 diamond drill holes totaling 3,051m which included the following results.

-1.22% Li2O and 134.8 ppm Ta2O5 over 3.11 meters

-1.19% Li2O and 97.2 ppm Ta2O5 over 2.03 meters

The Lac Fire Property contains the same favorable geology and similar values in lithium and tantalum as the neighboring Rose Property owned by Critical Elements Corp.  Grades on the Lac Fire property of 1.06% Li2O on surface and 1.19 to 1.22% Li2O (97.2 to 134.8 ppm Ta2O5) in drill holes are comparable to average grades on the Rose deposit of 0.98% Li2O and 163 ppm Ta2O5.  The Rose lithium deposit has a Net Present Value of $488 million (before taxes) (Critical Elements Corp, Preliminary Economic Assessment).  The Lac Fire property falls on the same trend as the Rose lithium deposit as well as several other promising lithium occurrences.

Quebec has been rated by the Fraser Institute as one of the most favorable mining jurisdictions in the world.  Exploration dollars spent inQuebec are eligible for a rebate in excess of 40% of property expenditures from the Quebec Government. This allows exploration dollars spent on Quebec properties to be reinvested back into the project to give investors better value for their investment dollar.  In addition,$1.00US is equivalent to approximately $1.30CAN providing additional value for American dollars spent on Canadian exploration.” Geologist, Wayne Holmstead
